Agreement

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Linden Park Productions LLC regarding your use of our video production and related creative services.

Service Scope

We provide pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production services as defined in your proposal. Linden Park Productions LLC does not guarantee specific marketing or sales outcomes resulting from delivered video assets.

Payments

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of active production schedules, editing timelines, and final asset delivery.

Intellectual Property

All creative assets, source files, edits, and project materials remain the intellectual property of Linden Park Productions LLC until full payment is received, unless otherwise specified in your signed agreement.

Termination

Contracts may be terminated with written notice as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Outstanding balances for work performed remain payable in full.
